IV. Conductivity meter installation guide
4.1 Installation position and method
Instrument panel installation: Make sure to read the installation section carefully according to the instructions.
Indoor installation: Avoid wind, rain and direct sunlight to ensure normal operation of the instrument.
Well-ventilated: Prevent the internal temperature of the instrument from rising and affecting the performance.
Horizontal installation: avoid tilting as much as possible to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
4.2 Installation Precautions
Avoid the workplace where the ambient temperature exceeds 60℃.
Avoid workplaces where the humidity of the working environment exceeds 85%.
Keep away from electromagnetic interference sources.
Avoid places with strong mechanical vibration.
Avoid places where the temperature changes greatly and condensation is easy to form.
Avoid places with a lot of fumes, steam, moisture, dust and corrosive gases.
4.3 Installation steps
Open a 92.5*92.5mm mounting hole in the instrument cabinet or mounting panel, and the thickness of the mounting panel should be between 1.5mm~13mm.
