TRC400 high-precision residual chlorine analyzer, built-in Swiss high-precision sensors, designed for agricultural drinking water, waterworks and other industries, used for continuous monitoring of residual chlorine content in water solution. TRC400 analyzer outputs one way (4~20) mA standard signal and one way RS485 signal, which can be easily connected to a variety of regulators, such as two-bit regulator, time-proportional regulator, non-linear regulator and classic PID regulator, etc., to meet the needs of diverse residual chlorine control system.

Third, electrode use requirements

In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of TRC400 analyzer, please follow the following electrode use requirements:

When energized, the electrode must be placed in water to prevent damage.

Before first use or re-use after drying, the electrode should be placed in flowing tap water for 12 hours without power on.

The recommended measurement flow rate is (12~30) L/h. Avoid use in sporadic water flow.

Use only a single disinfectant to avoid cross-sensitivity affecting the measurement results.

Electrode range is (0~5) mg/L, over range use will shorten the life of electrode.

The pH range of the measured liquid is 5~9, exceeding the range may damage the electrode.

After measurement, rinse the electrode with chlorine-free water for not less than 60 seconds and dry it for storage.

V. Fixed Installation

The TRC400 analyzer should be installed in a location that meets the following conditions:

Indoor installation is recommended to ensure a clean and dry environment.

No high-power motor-type operating equipment nearby to avoid interference.

The ambient temperature range is (0.1~40)℃ to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
